Dr. med Axel Bolland introduces you to a unique short-term therapy in which you learn to reinforce positive elements in your life and to consciously transform negative thoughts. Transformation therapy (TT for short, as per Robert Betz) forms the basis, which is used throughout other forms of meditation. Experience teaches that as you change, your personal environment also changes. TT helps to cope with stress in our day-to-day as well as relationship problems, family problems, anxiety disorders, depressive moods, bullying and many other concerns. TT demonstrates a contemporary path to preserving one’s health.
Every treatment begins within oneself and the desire for change. An inventory of your current situation is carried out in an initial meeting. Together we will establish your professional and family life situation. The therapy tailored to your needs will take place on the basis of this initial discussion.
