Demi-Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

in the late shift (Tuesday to Saturday)

YOUR TASKS

• As Demi-Chef de Rang you will ensure together with the entire service team the culinary experience of the guests on the highest level
• With your experience and expertise (wine, spirits, food) you advise the guests and create a feel-good atmosphere by being a perfect host
• You have a keen sense for guest wishes and guest concerns
• You pay attention to compliance with standards and guide trainees and new employees
• In addition to serving food and beverages (including wine service), your duties include cashiering and invoicing
• As an exemplary team player, you will also assist with preparation and follow-up work for the service or service teams in the bar and conference area

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry and have already gained professional experience in the upscale gastronomy sector
• Perhaps you already have good wine knowledge or the instructor qualification
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and holidays
• Friendliness and commitment are among your strengths
• You take pleasure in your work
• Your confident appearance and sense of responsibility as well as team spirit and flexibility round off your profile.
