Spa Etiquette
Your well-being is our priority!
Therefore, please inform us when making your appointment whether you have any allergies, intolerances, any medical peculiarities or are currently pregnant. In this way we can advise you competently and, if necessary, advise you against treatments and recommend alternatives. We would like to point out that any liability on our part is excluded and that participation in a wellness treatment is your own responsibility.
Make yourself comfortable
Come to your treatment appointment in comfortable clothing. It is best to wear a bathrobe, no jewellery and no make-up.
Time to pamper yourself
The specified pampering time includes a consultation before the treatment to get to know your wishes and needs better and a rest period for the mind and body to unwind afterwards. Please report to our spa reception five minutes before your treatment appointment so that we can show you to the waiting area.
Appointments/Cancellations
It can happen that you have to postpone or cancel an appointment. Please inform us in good time. We will reserve qualified personnel for you. Please inform us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment. In case of no-show or late cancellation, we ask for your understanding that we will charge the full price. If you are late, you will lose valuable pampering time.
Your opinion matters
It goes without saying that we want you to be delighted with your treatment. We do our best to accomplish that. If you are still unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please let us know so that we can react and rectify the situation. In any case, we look forward to your feedback after the treatment and a satisfied smile on your face. We are also happy to receive constructive criticism in personal discussions with you.
Respecting the environment
Towels for use in the bathing and sauna area are available at our spa reception. Take two of them a day and enjoy your stay with a clear conscience. Feel free to help yourself to water or tea at our drinking stations and use the paper cups provided. You can label your mug and take it with you in your wellness bag for further use.
Dress code
Our saunas are textile-free zones. If you don't want to go to the sauna naked, you can tie a towel or pestemal around your neck. You can also find a nice selection of sauna towels in our shop. The spa garden by the river and the terraces around the sauna area are also designated as nudist areas. The outdoor pool and the indoor pool are used in bathing suits, as is the sun terrace on the spa. You can enter the roof terrace pool nude or in bathing suits. We ask you to wear sports shoes and appropriate sports clothing in the fitness area. You can store your valuables in lockable cupboards. We assume no liability for lost or misplaced items.
Spa atmosphere
Our spa is a place of resting and relaxation. Please refrain from using cell phones, tablets or cameras.
Spa hygiene
We ask you to shower before a treatment and before using the swimming pools, saunas and steam baths for your own hygiene and comfort. Please place a towel on your seat or bed in the sauna.
Children (under the age of 14)
Children under the age of 14 may use the spa area daily until 12 p.m. in the presence of a legal guardian.
