Trainee in the restaurant business (m/f/d)
With an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry, you will lay the first foundation for an international career.
Three varied but also intensive years await you, during which you will pass through all the posts in our kitchens - from the breakfast kitchen to the star-awarded gourmet kitchen. At the end of your apprenticeship, you'll be well-versed in these areas and will determine your first steps after the apprenticeship together with us in a career interview.
An apprenticeship is not always easy, but we don't miss out on the fun either! Our dedicated trainers in the departments will provide you with professional training at a high level, giving you excellent preparation for your future.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed school education or first work experience in the kitchen
- Thirst for knowledge and commitment
- natural friendliness and a warm charisma
- a high degree of responsibility
- flexibility, organizational talent and passion for the hotel business
- good knowledge of German
- if you are interested in an additional qualification in hotel management, you must have a high school diploma (Fach-)Abitur)
