Letting go of thoughts, focussing and achieving greater serenity. That is the goal of meditation. We offer you various ways to concentrate fully on yourself, activate your power centres and recharge your batteries.
Do you fancy exercise or meditation, mindfulness and self-care? You can use our training room whenever you feel like it. When there are no classes taking place, you can grab a yoga mat, meditation cushion, fascia roll and yoga blocks and do your own private workout or your favourite mindfulness routine.
