Fitness and relaxation courses in a group, under professional guidance
If you want, you can choose from the full programme every day! Our course programme changes every week and offers training and workouts for beginners and advanced participants. From aqua gym and aerial yoga to singing bowl meditation, Pilates and yoga - there's something for everyone who enjoys exercise and being active in a group.
The courses take place in the beautiful Prana course room. Flooded with light, bright, spacious and with access to the terrace, this place creates an atmosphere in which exercise is incredibly fun.
When the weather is nice, our trainers are happy to move the classes and workouts outside onto the terrace, which offers a view of our romantic park and the lush Naheland countryside.
Guests receive the weekly course programme on arrival.
In the element of water, we tone and strengthen our bodies without straining our joints. Depending on the number of participants, the morning aqua gymnastics will take place in the steaming rooftop terrace pool or the indoor pool.
A classic! Leg, buttock and tummy muscles are specifically trained, partly with body-weight exercises, partly using additional equipment. After a short warm-up phase, we start. The exercises are easy to understand and fun.
A very holistic stretching session. Through these stretching exercises we also improve the flow of energy in our acupuncture points and thus an improvement in organ functions.
Pilates is a holistic form of physical exercise. Above all, the recumbent, small, but mostly weaker muscle groups are called on, which are meant to see to healthy and correct body posture. The training comprises strength exercises, stretching and conscious breathing.
The essential principles of Pilates are control, concentration, conscious breathing, centring, relaxation, the flow of movement and coordination. All movements are carried out slowly and fluidly, protecting the muscles and joints. Correct breathing is trained at the same time.
The significance of yoga for the people of today lies in the opportunity of gaining clarity and stability through exercises. Meditation, contemplation and concentration on breathing can give rise to inner peace and relaxation.
